Returns are only accepted by us if the product shipped to you is damaged/defective. We do not offer returns for size/fit issues, so please check size chart before placing an order.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return. Please ensure that the item remains in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please drop us a message on Whatsapp at 9599951639.

To start a return process, please send us an email at hello@ekkaamkar.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the transaction to reflect in your account.

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. If you need an exchange, you can select another product of the same value from our website. Please email us for exchange requests within 48 hrs after receiving the your order, and we will assist you with the process.
